One of my projects this winter was helping my good friend, Stacy Mays, with her new organic coffee business venture.  Saddle House Organic Coffee is certified organic and fresh roasted.  My personal favorite is the Half and Half blend, has all the flavor of her signature blends, but half the caffeine.  GOOD STUFF!  Love it, if you haven’t tried it, you’re in for a real treat!

Her blends featured above were custom designed with images I had taken previously, excluding Bull Hauler’s Blend and Half and Half.  In fact, her decaf blend image (little boots on the milk can) was actually taken from our family session this fall. She put a ton of work into Saddle House Coffee and her debut at Spirit of the West was her prime target audience for her custom organic coffee blends, and very well received.  Click Here to visit her website for more info.
