Photographing growing families is truly a blessing 🙂  Nathan and Kodi are expecting a baby girl and I couldn’t be happier for them. I really love watching families grow and the maternity sessions are really near and dear to my heart.  Capturing this special time in their lives, where they are enjoying the simplicity of a single child, and anxiously awaiting a new family member.  The simplicity of the white snow brings out the details and colors of this sweet session.

I was blessed to meet this sweet baby girl this morning in the hospital in the first hours of their life. They change so much in just a matter of days and capturing those first hours are truly priceless. Here are a few favorite photos from this adorable hospital session, enjoy!

Documenting your pregnancy is a great way to share these moments with your son or daughter in the future. The ideal time to photograph your baby bump is between 28-34 weeks pregnant. I like to allow several weeks before your due date so your belly is round, but you are not uncomfortable yet. I have worked with many pregnant mothers and my job will be to keep you as comfortable as possible. I specialize in outdoor maternity portraits and encourage my couples to incorporate their lifestyle and interests. I like exploring new locations and want these photos to show your couples/family style and tell your story. Let’s shoot at your family farm, bring your fur-babies, baby’s first shoes, etc. All these little details are so personal and unique to your story and I want to capture it all.
